What does a Frog look like?
Frogs are characterized by their short, ridged body and wide head. Large protruding eyes and a noticeable eardrum on each side of the head are always on the alert for the next meal. A large mouth houses a long, sticky tongue that quickly flicks out to capture live prey. Without teeth and unable to chew, a frog's meals are swallowed whole.
Where do Frogs live?
Frogs can be found on every continent in the world except Antarctica. However, the highest concentration of frogs is found in warmer tropical climes.

What do frogs eat? Frogs are carnivorous, which means they eat other animals. Small frogs eat insects, worms and snails. Some species eat small fish. Larger frog species eat small reptiles and mammals, like mice and lizards.
